Study Abroad: GLOBAL CITIZENSHIP STARTS HERE....AND THERE

Harvard encourages all students to consider spending some time in another country, and offers financial assistance to students on aid to enable them to do so. The Financial Aid Office works closely with the Office of International Programs to help you work on your global citizenship and your Harvard degree at the same time.

If you are receiving Harvard Scholarship assistance and are approved for academic credit at another institution, your aid should be available to help cover your costs. Studying abroad during the academic year takes advance planning, careful thought, and close work with your financial aid officer. The Financial Aid Office is committed to smoothing the way for you and to providing all the information and resources you will need.

How to apply for aid for Study Abroad: Be sure to complete a full renewal aid application by April 18.
