Parents' 2007 Federal Income Tax Return
(if filed)
Tax returns must be signed and complete with all schedules, W-2 and 1099 forms.

If you did not file federal taxes in 2007, send this form to IDOC instead.

Submit to IDOC

IDOC is a service provided by the College Board to collect and process your financial information. After you complete the PROFILE, IDOC submission guidelines will be sent to you.

Description
Letter of Special Circumstances
If the information we have required does not accurately reflect your family's financial situation, or if you believe a particular circumstance should receive special attention, we suggest that you write a separate letter and enclose it with the supporting documents that you submit to the College Board's IDOC service.
Leave of Absence
If you will be taking or returning from a leave of absence in Fall 2008 or Spring 2009, please inform us of your plans as soon as you can.
Study Abroad Supplement
If you are planning to Study Abroad in 2008-09, please submit the Study Abroad Supplement directly to our office.
   
IMPORTANT NOTICES
Late Fees
On July 1, 2008, any student whose application is incomplete will have a $150 late application fee charged to his/her termbill account.
Eligibility
Students who complete applications after September 1, 2008 are, under normal circumstances, ineligible to receive financial aid for the fall term. If you have extenuating circumstances that will delay the completion of your financial aid application, contact your class officer as soon as possible.
Loan Only
If you decide not to apply for grant aid from the College, but would like to renew your loan(s), you need only to file the FAFSA. Please notify us of your decision by April 17, 2008.
