In Partnership with You and Your Family

Each family will need to develop its own plan to combine family resources with the available financial aid to meet college costs. Our goal is to work with you and your parents to ensure your continuing access to the Harvard education you have worked so hard to secure.

Financial aid programs and family financial circumstances can be complex and confusing, and financial aid staff are available year-round to assist students and families with the wide array of questions and concerns that may arise in the context of financing a Harvard education. Students normally work with the same financial aid officer for four years, thereby establishing a relationship that will ensure consistency and greater understanding of unique circumstances.

About $1.5 million is awarded annually to students to enable them to work with faculty members and to fund their research projects.
